These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Capitel C money transfer service provided by Capitel C Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By creating an account and using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Capitel C provides a digital money transfer platform allowing users to send funds from the United Kingdom to recipients in Zimbabwe and South Africa. Transfers are processed in GBP and converted to the destination currency at the applicable exchange rate.

Our transfer fees are as follows: a flat fee of £1.00 plus 2.75% of the transfer amount. Fees are deducted from your wallet balance at the time of the transfer. Exchange rates for ZAR (South African Rand) and USD (US Dollar) are based on live market rates and are locked in at the time of your transfer.
Your Capitel C wallet holds funds in GBP (British Pounds). You may add funds via bank transfer to our designated account. Deposits are credited to your wallet upon verification. Card payments and bank transfers are processed in accordance with applicable UK payment regulations.
You are responsible for providing accurate recipient details, including:
We are not liable for delays or failed transfers resulting from incorrect recipient information.
You may cancel a transfer before it has been processed. Once a transfer has been disbursed to the recipient, it cannot be reversed. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at finance@capitelc.co.uk for assistance.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We will never ask for your password via email or phone.
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Capitel C Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the transfer in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We comply with the UK Money Laundering Regulations 2017 and the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002. We are required to verify customer identity, monitor transactions, and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the app. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
