Include your full name
State your full name and the email address registered on your account so we can locate it.
Confirm your request
In the email body, write: "I request the permanent deletion of my Capitel C account and all associated data."
Wait for confirmation
We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
